10th Amendment Pledge

My belief in the United States and Nevada Constitution are firmly grounded.  During the 2007 session I was one of the primary sponsors of AJR 15  which sought to claim sovereignty for the state of Nevada under the tenth amendment of the United States Constitution.  Unfortunately that bill was not given a hearing.  To further solidify, to the citizens of this state, I have signed the 10th amendment pledge .
